Electrode cleaning and arc calibration

Do not touch the tip of the electrode during the replacement process to prevent damage and avoid the electrode falling inside the machine.

Calibration of the arc position after electrode replacement

Replace the electrode method

1 First, you must confirm that the fusion splicer is in the off state, remove the protective cover of the electrode compartment, and loosen it.

Remove the upper electrode from the screw of the electrode; then loosen the top wire of the lower electrode and remove the lower electrode.

2 Secondly, install a new electrode. The operation steps are the opposite of the method of disassembling the electrode. want

Find the gap between the two electrode tips: 2.6 plus or minus 0.2 mm.

3 Finally, during the assembly process, the tip of the electrode should not be touched to prevent damage to the electrode and avoid the electrode
